i really appreciated the hotel's proximity to shimbashi station. this made it very easy to explore many areas. the hotel had floor-to-ceiling windowswith awesome city views.

I had a spacious Corner Room, very comfortable. The bed was great. The air conditioning was quiet. The breakfast was amazing with both Japanese and Western dishes. The 24-hour lounge had free soft drinks and a Nespresso machine.
Arriving early before check-in is not recommended, as the hotel is not very accommodating.

The Deluxe Corner King Room featured panoramic windows. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The adjustable shower head accommodated taller guests and the tub was deep.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The restaurant offered both Japanese and Western-style meals. The bar featured a selection of cocktails and local beers.

Staff members spoke English well and were helpful. They were willing to hold baggage after check-out for the day. The reception desk was available 24 hours; that was convenient.

The hotel offered coin laundry, a huge plus for longer stays. All rooms were on high floors, starting from the 16th floor. The hotel featured a 24-hour lounge with complimentary beverages.

the location was convenient it was near ginza area and several train lines were close. the staff was cheerful and helpful they assisted me with directions. my room offered a beautiful view i could see the TOKYO tower clearly. the bed was comfortable which ensured i slept well each night
the wifi signal was weak i struggled to connect at times. the breakfast variety was acceptable however the taste did not meet my expectations. i requested an extra key for my companion's room but was informed of an additional charge. this was unexpected
